  1、雞腿菇洗淨。雞腿菇切滾刀塊。放開水淖半分鐘撈出瀝水。

  2、雞蛋攪成雞蛋液。加入澱粉和鹽攪拌均勻無顆粒。

  3、雞腿菇塊放雞蛋液蘸勻。熱鍋放油燒至八成熱。

  4、放入雞腿菇塊快炸至表面金黃。

  5、撈出瀝油後放盤内。趁熱根據個人口味撒椒鹽食用。
