  1、食材:菠菜4根、水100ml、芝麻油10g、辣椒油10g、醋10g、糖5g、蒜末5g、鹽5g。

  2、菠菜去根洗淨。

  3、起鍋燒水,水開後放入菠菜,煮1分鐘撈出。

  4、瀝幹水放入盤子中。

  5、空碗中放入1勺辣椒油、1勺蒜末、半勺芝麻油、1勺醋、少許糖和适量鹽,攪拌均勻,調成醬汁。

  6、把醬汁澆在菠菜上,攪拌均勻即可。
