  1、用料:血腸一根、蔥一根、蒜兩瓣、孜然面少許、燒烤幹料少許、油少許、生抽一點點。

  2、鍋内加油、放入切厚片的血腸、兩面煎黃、出鍋。

  3、鍋内加一點點油、爆香蔥蒜、倒入血腸、加入孜然粉燒烤料、一點點生抽、出鍋。
