  1、主料:臘腸2根。輔料:(調料)色拉油,食鹽,姜、蒜、幹辣椒、水(适量)牛肉醬1勺。

  2、将臘腸切片,辣椒洗淨切片。

  3、姜蒜切小片。

  4、熱鍋倒油,至7成熱後将姜蒜倒入爆香。

  5、倒入辣椒炒至半熟。

  6、倒入臘腸,舀一勺牛肉醬,炒勻,點少許清水、撒一點鹽至收汁即可。
