  1、平鍋燒熱,放入橄榄油,油溫6-7成時放入洋蔥翻炒,炒到洋蔥微微變成透明;

  2、這時下入切好的培根,炒到培根出油;

  3、放入切好的番茄丁,繼續炒。要有忍心,番茄醬一邊炒一邊壓成泥;

  4、加鹽調味;

  5、加入2勺番茄沙司調味。如果覺得番茄酸,還可以加些白糖;

  6、番茄醬一邊攪拌,一邊收汁,最後加入黑胡椒即可;

  7、意面要煮8-10分鐘。煮好的意面拌入少量橄榄油;

  8、在拌好油的意面上,澆上炒好的番茄醬;

  9、在最上面擺上馬蘇裡拉奶酪;

  10、放入烤箱200度,焗烤3-5分鐘,直到奶酪融化。
