  1、原料:雞爪500g,鹵料1包。

  2、 雞爪洗幹淨,剪去指甲,放入開水中煮2分鐘除血水,然後撈起過冷水,晾幹。

  3、鍋内加入清水(沒過雞爪即可),倒入廖排骨鹵料,雞爪倒進鹵水裡。閉蓋煮至雞爪熟透。

  4、關火,讓雞爪在鹵水中浸泡1小時,充分入味。
