  2、榴蓮雖然也屬于水果,但屬于少數幾種有可能導緻增肥的水果。多數水果中含有果糖,水分,水溶性維生素等食品,這些食品都屬于不增肥的成分。但榴蓮中含有的脂肪含量比較高,如果過多食用,可以導緻肥胖,影響到減肥效果。另外減肥期間,還不宜多吃葡萄,西瓜和甘蔗等富含葡萄糖或者蔗糖的食品,也有增肥作用。
