  1、主要食材:雞翅、紅蘿蔔、海鮮醬、叉燒醬、蔥頭、香菜頭。

  2、輔料:姜、米酒、冰糖。

  3、将蔥頭香菜頭油,叉燒醬和海鮮醬與雞翅腌半小時待用。

  4、熱鍋,把淹了的雞翅連漿料及紅蘿蔔倒進鍋裡,加水大火煮10分鐘後轉小火焖,最後收幹汁後上碟。
