  1、雞爪10個,青椒1個,蚝油15ml,黃酒30ml,郫縣豆瓣醬1湯匙,八角1個,白糖8克,老抽8ml,鹽2湯匙,雞精1湯匙

  2、雞爪洗淨,減去指甲,加入清水,倒入一半的黃酒,姜片,燒至微微爛

  3、燒好,瀝幹水分,熱鍋下油,爆香蔥姜蒜,下入豆瓣醬

  4、加入雞爪,翻炒,淋上剩下的黃酒,白糖,生抽及所有作料,翻炒片刻加入青椒,炒好啦,味道棒棒的。
