  1、材料:蘿蔔幹350g、豆豉5g、蔥15g、蒜5g、糖3g、生抽3g、蚝油5g、香麻油1g。

  2、先把蘿蔔幹浸泡3個小時泡淡,改刀切條備用。

  3、蒜頭切碎,蔥切段。

  4、用大火先把豆豉煸香然後再煸蒜頭。

  5、倒入蘿蔔大火翻炒加入糖、生抽、蚝油。

  6、最後加入蔥段和香麻油即可出鍋。
