  1、醬汁用料:獨頭蒜 6個,大蒜籽 一個,姜片5片,香菜(不吃香菜的可用蔥代替)50g。

  2、雞湯200g,鮮味生抽30ml,老抽10ml,蚝油 10ml,蜂蜜 10ml。

  3、魚露(可不放)10ml,雞精,适量水适量。

  4、腸粉裡面放的料:肉末50g,雞蛋2個,生菜葉2片。
