酸蘿蔔海帶老鴨湯的做法

  1、老鴨整理幹淨,切成大塊;海帶洗後切片,老姜拍爛待用,酸蘿蔔切塊備受。

  2、鴨肉塊冷水下鍋,和拍散的姜,半把花椒一起煮開,煮三分鐘。撈出洗幹淨。

  3、将鴨塊倒入幹鍋中翻炒,待皮中的油爆出。

  4、水燒開後倒入炒好的鴨塊、海帶,加入備好的老姜、酸蘿蔔、蔥節,大火炖開後轉小火炖至肉爛即可。
