  1、蹄花1個、白蘿蔔1根、姜片3片、料酒1勺、小蔥1根、胡椒粉1小勺、鹽适量。

  2、步驟:蹄花塊冷水下鍋焯一下, 加入點姜片和料酒幫助去腥。

  3、直至血沫煮出來後, 再沖洗幹淨。将焯好的蹄花塊放入電壓力鍋中;放入蘿蔔塊和姜片。

  4、倒入适量的水;按下電壓力鍋中煲湯的功能鍵。時間到, 湯煲好後,加入适量的鹽和胡椒粉調味,盛入缽中, 加入小蔥末。
