  1、準備食材:白胡椒1-2克、鴨胸250克、大米120克、煮粥用水1000毫升、春筍2-3根約300克、料酒15毫升、鹽适量、姜片4片、小蔥蔥段一小把、黑胡椒一小撮、食用油約15毫升。

  2、鍋中少放油,将腌制好的鴨腿片炒熟,盛出備用。

  3、筍剝好之後切片焯水瀝幹,在剛才的油鍋中煸炒一下,放入鴨肉和筍片,順便加一些白胡椒去腥提鮮,煮至粥粘稠即可。
