雞湯幹豆腐的做法和配方

  1、幹豆腐,切絲,午餐肉少許也切絲,都丢到鍋裡,倒些雞湯下去,将要沒過豆腐的樣子,視所用雞湯的鹹淡決定要不要加鹽。

  2、蓋上鍋蓋,中火煮開後轉小火煮至湯幹即可,中間翻動均勻,出鍋前撒點兒香菜碎或者蔥末。
