  1、食材:花螺400克、植物油兩勺、蔥姜蒜适量、鹽半勺、白胡椒粉少許、辣椒碎半勺、啤酒2勺。

  2、做法:将洗好的花螺放入冷水中加熱沸騰30秒左右,将花螺撈出。熱鍋熱油,爆香蔥蒜末,下辣椒碎和姜絲翻炒幾下。将花螺倒入鍋中,加鹽、啤酒、白胡椒粉,中火快速翻炒。翻炒十幾秒左右,盛出即可。
