  1、食材:鴨子一隻、花椒5克、鹽适量、料酒适量。

  2、鴨子去毛、剖肚、去内髒,洗淨,花椒和鹽混合在一起後,放鍋中炒出香味。

  3、鴨子平放案闆上,抹上花椒鹽,背面也抹上花椒鹽。

  4、放置二十分鐘左右,待鴨子入味,加上料酒後,上鍋蒸半個小時,至蒸熟即可。
