  1、燴鮮蘑海參是以水發海參為主料制作的藥膳。

  2、原料:水發海參200克,冬筍肉、鮮蘑菇各50克,青豆20克,調料适量。

  3、做法:青豆用沸水焯熟後浸于冷開水中;其他各料均切成1厘米方丁。把油燒至五成熱,爆人姜末,倒入蘑菇和筍丁,加水煮沸,人海參丁,調入适量黃酒、精鹽,燴3~5分鐘,着薄芡,撒上青豆和蔥花,淋:上麻油,調人味精。
