  1、雞蛋1個、花椒粉1.5g、鹽3克、紅薯澱粉100g、姜末3g、五花肉500g、雞精3g、味精2g、啤酒4g。

  2、五花肉去皮,切成1cm乘以3mm長條。

  3、加入所有調料拌勻入味,加啤酒,雞蛋,澱粉攪拌上漿。

  4、油熱入鍋炸至定型撈出,複炸至表面金黃。
