  1、将清理後的黃花魚兩面劃上井字花刀、姜切片。

  2、準備好黃花魚,加小半勺鹽,淋入适量料酒,加入姜片,抹均勻,腌制兩小時後,再将魚身兩面均勻抹上生粉。

  3、準備小半鍋油,燒至七成熱,下入黃花魚,炸至顔色金黃,撈出裝盤。

  4、鍋中放入油,倒入适量番茄汁,炒紅鍋底,倒入少量清水,淋入适量生抽,加三勺白糖,淋入适量水澱粉,拌均勻,澆于黃花魚之上,最後撒上松子,就大功告成了。
