  1、食材:紅茶、金針菇、杏鮑菇、香菇、雞、姜、鹽。

  2、雞洗淨去頭、爪、内髒、臀部、油脂,飛水,切塊備用。

  3、鍋内重新倒入冷水加生姜和雞肉,大火煮開,小火煲2-3小時。

  4、在煲好的高湯中加入所有菌類,紅茶包放入鍋中稍煮片刻待鍋内湯水變紅取出,出鍋時加鹽調味即可。
