  1、材料:草魚半條,腐竹,姜,蔥,生抽,料酒,鹽,糖,雞精;

  2、将草魚去掉内髒洗幹淨切塊。

  3、腐竹泡發。

  4、起油鍋,熱油将魚煎至金黃。

  5、下腐竹,溜點水、料酒、鹽、生抽、姜将魚焖熟。

  6、起鍋前用湯、雞精、蔥花調味。
