  1、材料:闆鴨500g、姜100g、蔥100g、米300g左右。

  2、鍋裡先燒開水,另外一邊把闆鴨斬成塊狀。水燒開後,把闆鴨倒入鍋中煮五分鐘。

  3、把姜和香菜蔥切好。用漏勺撈起來。

  4、洗米入鍋,倒入闆鴨和姜片。開大火煲15分鐘,再用小火煲5鐘。加入少許鹽等調料,起鍋時加入香菜。
