  1、準備材料:雞胸肉300克,黃瓜1根,甜面醬20克,幹黃醬15克,大蒜數瓣,白糖少量,清水20ML,料酒、澱粉、香油适量。

  2、将雞胸肉去除白膜冼淨,切成小丁,倒入料酒和澱粉攪勻,黃瓜切成同樣大小的丁,大蒜切片;

  3、甜面醬、幹黃醬、白糖、清水倒入碗中,攪拌均勻成醬汁;

  4、鍋燒熱後倒入少量油,先下蒜片爆香,再倒入雞丁翻炒兩分鐘;

  5、炒至雞丁變色,倒入調好的醬汁,不斷翻炒,使雞丁全部沾滿醬汁;

  6、最後倒入黃瓜丁,翻炒均勻後即關火,最後點入幾滴香油即可。
