燒豆腐的家常做法竅門

  1、食材準備:主料:豆腐500克,豆腐渣200克。輔料:玉米面100克。調料:姜10克,大蒜10克, 鹽10克。

  2、把豆腐切成厚3 厘米、長6厘米的方塊,用旺火烤至淡黃色;

  3、玉米面加适量油炒香備用;

  4、把姜、蒜放在一起搗成泥,摻入豆腐渣、炒玉米面和鹽制成蘸頭;

  5、食用時以白水将豆腐煮熟,蘸上蘸頭就可以了。
