  1、材料:豬扇骨500克、胡蘿蔔1根、甜玉米1根、薏米、蜜棗。

  2、骨頭斬件飛水;

  3、胡蘿蔔、甜玉米切大件,薏米洗幹淨;

  4、把飛過水的骨頭、胡蘿蔔塊、甜玉米塊、薏米、蜜棗一起放進水裡,滴進2滴醋, 大火燒開後, 轉小火,煲上2個小時;

  5、關火後,放鹽調味就可以。
