  1、食材:淨新鮮青魚肉150克,美極牌辣椒沙司20克,蛋清、精鹽、蔥、姜汁、味精,幹澱粉各少許。

  2、将青魚肉洗淨,用刀斜批成大薄片,放入碗内,加蛋清、精鹽、蔥姜汁、味精、幹澱粉、拌和上漿。入冰箱冷藏半小時

  3、炒鍋内放入清水煮沸,倒入魚片劃散,片刻後撈出瀝幹水分,裝入盆中。上桌時跟小碟美極牌辣椒沙司,即可沾着食用。沒有魚刺的水煮魚就做好了。
