  1、雞爪清洗幹淨,用刀切成3塊,雞爪放鍋中加水煮10分鐘左右。

  2、煮好的雞爪撈出瀝幹水分,放涼,保鮮盒中加入泡椒、泡椒水、花椒、八角、冰糖、涼白開,并用筷子攪拌均勻。

  3、将煮好的雞爪放入保鮮盒中,蓋上蓋子放冰箱中泡一晚即可。
