1、尖椒2個,去籽切碎備用。

2、再準備雞蛋4個,打散。

3、加适量生抽、料酒、水澱粉,攪拌均勻。

4、再放入洋蔥絲和青椒碎、小蔥兩根,攪拌均勻。

5、平底鍋放适量食用油。

6、倒入雞蛋液,轉動鍋,使蛋液鋪滿鍋底。

7、蛋液稍凝固,轉小火焖熟。翻面轉中火煎50秒,煎熟撒上蔥花即可。
