  1、原料:牛肉250g,洋蔥1個。

  2、調味料:椒鹽4g,蔥5g,澱粉6g,姜5g,生抽20ml,糖3g,料酒20ml,花生油15ml。

  3、洋蔥洗淨去皮,橫向切成環狀洋蔥圈,蔥姜切成細末。

  4、牛肉切成細絲,料酒、生抽、糖、椒鹽、澱粉調成芡汁

  5、把牛肉絲用料酒、生抽、澱粉、蔥花、姜末腌制10分鐘。

  6、鍋裡的油熱到7成時放入牛肉絲,翻炒到成形變色時加入洋蔥圈。

  7、見到洋蔥圈變軟即可淋入椒鹽芡汁,炒到芡汁成形即可出鍋裝盤了。
