  原料:小米、蘿蔔半個、陳皮一小片、油麥菜1顆、香菜1顆、鹽适量。

  1、蘿蔔去皮切絲,陳皮泡軟切碎,油麥菜洗淨切段,香菜切碎;

  2、鍋内熱水,放入小米與陳皮同煮,20分後加入蘿蔔絲煮5分,再加入油麥菜煮5分,加适量鹽,關火,撒上香菜碎。
