茄汁牛肉湯

  1、熟牛肉、西紅柿、櫻桃小番茄、精鹽、植物油、生姜、洋蔥。

  2、西紅柿去皮洗淨、把去皮的西紅柿切成小丁。牛腩切成指頭肚大小的肉丁。

  3、鍋裡倒入一湯匙油倒入西紅柿丁,小火炒成西紅柿醬。倒入牛腩丁,放入姜片,大火煮開後,倒入煮鍋大火煮開後改小火炖制10分鐘。倒入洗淨切成兩瓣的櫻桃小番茄,小火炖制20分鐘。

  4、洋蔥去皮洗淨後切成大塊、把切好的洋蔥塊倒入煮鍋,大火煮開、調入精鹽,煮開即可。
