  1、大頭菜洗淨切絲備用、西紅柿洗淨切塊、蔥切末。熱鍋熱油,放一半西紅柿煸炒出紅油,再放蔥花爆香。

  2、放入大頭菜翻炒均勻,放入适量的花椒粉、鹽翻炒均勻,再放入剩餘的西紅柿翻炒均勻,大概炒兩三分鐘,待湯汁收得差不多時加少許味精調味即可出鍋。
