火腿榄菜炒絲瓜的做法

  1、罐裝火腿50g、罐裝橄榄菜2湯匙(30g)、鮮絲瓜300g,油20ml、鹽各3g。

  2、将鮮絲瓜洗淨,去皮切滾刀塊,放入滾水中氽燙一下,撈出瀝幹水分;火腿切成1厘米大小的丁,備用。

  3、中火燒熱鍋中油,待油溫燒至七成熱時,放入大蔥碎炒香,加入絲瓜塊、橄榄菜和火腿小丁翻炒均勻,調入鹽即可出鍋。
