  1、2厘米的薄片,拿起上面的油紙,放上剪好的紙型,依形狀分别割下面皮,放入烤盤,用叉子戳洞,入烤箱中層,160度烤10分鐘(溫度要依據個人烤箱的實際情況而定),取出放涼即可。

  2、姜黃炒飯。白飯兩碗、青豆、紅蘿蔔丁、香菇丁、木耳丁、青椒丁、紅椒丁各2湯匙、姜末半湯匙、姜黃粉1茶匙、生抽1茶匙、鹽少量。

  做法:熱鍋放适當油,下一切蔬菜拌炒,下醬油和少量鹽;下白飯,中火翻炒至飯粒清楚,再下姜黃粉炒至均勻即可關火品味。
