  1、星期一輕斷食,早餐一片黑面包加一顆白煮雞蛋,再加一個橘子,午餐一個蘋果,晚餐半斤蔬菜,半斤黃瓜和胡蘿蔔。

  2、星期二、星期三正常飲食,星期四早餐一個素包子,一杯無糖豆漿,3到4個草莓,午餐斷食。

  3、晚餐一小份茄子炖肉,還有半斤煮青菜,星期五、星期六、星期日正常。
