  1、蔥姜蒜切碎,茄子切條。

  2、鍋中加油,八成熱時放入蔥姜蒜各10g炒香,倒入茄子條,翻炒幾下。

  3、加10g鹽,5g雞精,10g耗油,炒至茄子變色。

  4、倒入200g過油肉,翻炒三分鐘,加100ml水炒至湯汁沸騰即可。
