  1、熬制紅豆薏米粥之前,要先準備好紅豆和薏米,兩種食物應該是1:1比例。

  2、然後将紅豆和薏米用清水沖洗幹淨,放入清水裡浸泡1~2個小時,之後放進鍋裡進行熬煮,剛開始用文火慢熬30~40分鐘就可以,熬好之後根據自己的口味适量添加冰糖即可。
