根據《中華人民共和國婚姻法》第二十九條相關規定：有負擔能力的兄、姐，對于父母已經死亡或父母無力撫養的未成年的弟、妹，有扶養的義務。由兄、姐扶養長大的有負擔能力的弟、妹，對于缺乏勞動能力又缺乏生活來源的兄、姐，有扶養的義務。
