  1、原料:帶骨羊排1200克,香芹、蔥頭、胡蘿蔔各30克,面粉50克。

  2、調料:黃油150克,辣椒粉30克,精鹽、味精各适量

  3、烹饪方法:将羊排洗淨,把蔥頭、香芹、胡蘿蔔洗淨切碎,與羊排放在一起,倒入适量水用大火煮熟撈出,待冷卻後剁成12塊,抹上少許精鹽、辣椒粉拌勻,沾上面粉;備用。

  4、把鍋燒熱後放入黃油,待熔化時,放入羊排炸至兩面上色,趁熱食用。
