  1、食材,冬瓜300克,瘦豬肉100克,醬油1湯匙,雞粉1茶匙,水澱粉1茶匙,鹽、味精、姜末各少許。

  2、把冬瓜去掉老皮,切成滾刀塊;将豬肉切成薄片。

  3、炒鍋置中火上,放油3湯匙,燒至溫熱,下肉片翻炒,待肉片剛變顔色,加入姜末、醬油,把肉片炒上醬色,再放入冬瓜,翻炒片刻至冬瓜六成熟時,放入鹽、味精、雞粉和2湯匙清水,再用水澱粉勾芡,芡汁炒熟後即可出鍋。
