  1、主料:泡發黑木耳、雞蛋。輔料:黃瓜片、胡蘿蔔片、蔥末、姜末、蒜末;

  2、将雞蛋打入碗中,用筷子充分攪打均勻待用;

  3、鍋内熱油,五成熱時,下入攪拌好的雞蛋液,用鍋鏟迅速劃散,待凝固後即盛起備用;

  4、鍋中再加少許油,爆香蔥、姜、蒜末;

  5、加入胡蘿蔔片先煽炒;

  6、再加入黃瓜片翻炒;

  7、再迅速下入泡發好的木耳翻炒;

  8、炒制30秒後,将炒好的雞蛋再入鍋炒制;

  9、加鹽調味;

  10、快出鍋時淋入幾滴香油,再翻炒幾下即可出鍋。
