豉汁蒸魚頭的做法

  1、主料:鳙魚(頭)适量。

  2、輔料:姜适量、蒜适量、豆豉适量、小蔥适量、江米酒适量、蒸魚豉油适量。

  3、魚頭去鱗,清洗幹淨。剖開兩半,去腮,刮去黑膜,斬成幾件。

  4、豆豉宜選松軟的黑豆豉,洗淨稍剁碎,準備好蒜蓉、姜絲、蔥段。

  5、将魚頭平鋪在蒸魚碟上,分别将蒜蓉豆豉鋪在魚頭上。

  6、鍋内加适量清水燒熱,将蒸魚碟放在蒸架上,倒入适量蒸魚豉油、米酒,撒上姜絲,隔水清蒸8-10分鐘左右即可。
