  1、準備食材:袋裝竹筍一袋、花生油适量、精鹽适量、醬油适量、味精适量、麻油适量、桂皮适量、八角适量、蔥适量、姜适量。

  2、将筍解袋洗淨,切成粗條備用。

  3、炒鍋放油燒熱,放入蔥、姜、筍條一起煸炒後,再加醬油、桂皮、八角翻炒一下,然後焖燒至湯汁收幹,完全是醬油和油時起鍋裝盆,淋上麻油即成。
