  1、雞胸肉一塊、鹽少許、醬油少許、十三香少許、燒烤料少許、澱粉适量、油适量。

  2、把雞肉清洗幹淨,切成丁。在雞丁中加入鹽,十三香,醬油和燒烤料拌勻。

  3、加入适量的澱粉和少許的水和勻。鍋中倒适量油,油熱後下入雞丁。炸成金黃色。炸好後盛出控油,然後就可以上桌食用了。
