  1、将鹹鴨剁好洗淨用水泡一會後瀝幹水分備用;

  2、将姜、蒜、桂皮、花椒、幹辣椒洗淨切好備用;

  3、将莴筍去皮洗淨切成塊備用;

  4、将鹹鴨放入高壓鍋中;

  5、加入備好的作料和适量水;

  6、蓋上鍋蓋和高壓閥,壓13分鐘;

  7、等高壓鍋冷卻後,打開鍋蓋,加入切好的莴筍;

  8、煮至莴筍熟悉後起鍋,美味的鹹鴨就做好了。
