  1、腸粉醬汁的配方:洋蔥3兩,幹蔥頭1兩,姜1塊,蔥3兩,水3斤,老抽1兩,雞精3兩,味精和糖各6兩,蚝油2兩,魚露3兩,生抽600ml;

  2、腸粉醬汁的做法:将蔥花姜末用少量的油爆香;

  3、倒入生抽,煮開後加入水和其他調味料;

  4、小火煮15分鐘以上,過濾掉蔥渣雜質;

  5、食用的時候,舀腸粉醬汁的勺子保持幹淨,醬汁會保存更久。
