  1、食材:豬腰500g、芹菜200g、蒜苗200g、青筍尖200g、姜蒜各30g、蔥30g、豆瓣50g、鹽30g、味精20g、雞精30g、水澱粉30g、花椒面30g、辣椒面30g。

  2、豬腰片成薄片,汆水去血水備用。

  3、鍋裡放油炒芹菜、蒜苗、青筍尖斷生裝盤墊底,表面放上豬腰。

  4、鍋裡下油炒香豆瓣姜蒜米蔥花,摻入清水燒開調味,勾芡淋在豬腰上面。

  5、将胡椒面、辣椒面、蒜泥撒在面上,燒熱油淋在上面即可。
