   面粉加水加鹽拌勻成面糊,靜置一小會。加熱不粘鍋,小火,倒入一半的面糊,迅速轉動鍋子至面糊均勻的鋪滿鍋底,烙至凝固時翻面烙1-2分鐘即可。同理操作剩餘另一半的面糊。

   火腿切片。雞蛋2隻加切碎的香蔥拌勻。

   加熱鍋子,抹一薄層油,小火。倒入雞蛋液,迅速轉動鍋子使蛋液均勻鋪滿鍋底。至不完全凝固時,鋪一張剛做好的面餅,排上火腿片,卷起即可。同樣操作剩餘兩隻蛋。做好的蛋餅卷切塊即可。
