  1、豬肉300克、胡蘿蔔200克、青椒100克、生姜1克、香蔥5克、油1毫升、鹽3克、醬油2毫升。

  2、做法:豬肉洗淨切片,放油、鹽、醬油拌均腌制2分鐘。

  3、胡蘿蔔去皮切片、青椒去蒂去籽滾刀切塊、生姜切絲、蔥切丁。

  4、烤盤上放入腌制好肉片、上面撒上生姜絲;蓋上蓋子,時間設置15分鐘。

  5、等豬肉煎出油,安裝攪拌器,放胡蘿蔔、青椒、蔥白、鹽、醬油。

  6、炒好菜開蓋,放入蔥末即可。
